Hi, my name is Oakley and I’m a special ELF.
an “Angel Elf”

I’m leaving a GOLDEN Legacy...here is my story:

 I was born on July 7, 2007. Everyone always said I was a lucky dog because I was born 7/7/7.  I don’t know about that, but I felt lucky because my sister Willow and I got picked to become Service Dogs by Donna at Golden Opportunity Assistance Dogs. We got along so well that when her demo dog Danielle went on to Rainbow Bridge, Donna picked ME (do you believe it?) to fill Danielle’s big paws and take on the roll of Demo Dog and be her right hand guy!  I was THRILLED! Just think how many people I’d get to meet all the time and how many lives I could touch.
Just like Danielle,  I became the ambassador for the GOADogs and spent my time showing people all that is “Pawsible” with a service dog by your side. 

On December 31st, 2014 I got called away to “Rainbow Bridge” on the last day of the 12 DAYS of Christmas” campaign.   

Everyone at GOADogs was really sad that God thought my job here was done BUT...just because I am no longer here on earth,
it doesn’t mean I can’t still make a difference and do the job I was born to do and LOVE to do...Impact Lives!  

I will always be a “GUARDIAN ANGEL SERVICE DOG” for the GOADogs!

 I’m no longer here in body but I’m here in spirit...“Christmas Spirit”!

 I want to leave a legacy...not just a memory.
